The decision not to charge the brother of Henry Nowak's killer after he falsely accused him of racism and being the aggressor was today branded 'incredible'.
A leading lawyer believes Gurpreet Digwa should have been prosecuted for perverting the course of justice at the very least.
Marcus Johnstone, of PCD Solicitors, said evidence at the trial of Henry's killer Vickrum Digwa also suggested his brother may have committed perjury, assisted an offender and obstructed police.
But the Daily Mail can reveal that Hampshire Police did not ask the Crown Prosecution Service to consider any case whatsoever against Gurpreet over Henry's murder.
Gurpreet Digwa watched as police handcuffed fatally injured Henry, who had been stabbed six times with an eight-inch Sikh ceremonial sword on December 3, 2025.
Gurpreet had told police 'we've been racially attacked by a white person' before officers wrongly arrested Henry as he lay dying, 999 audio revealed.
He said: 'We are restraining him now because he has attacked my brother and taken his turban off and he was recording some "s*** on his phone.'
But claims Henry had launched a racist attack were later revealed to be a 'wicked lie'.
Marcus Johnstone told the Daily Mail: 'There is no doubt Gurpreet Digwa has likely committed one or more criminal offences in assisting his brother to cover up Henry Nowak's murder.
'The judge referred to Vickrum Digwa and his mother both perverting the course of justice. It seems incredible his brother was not also charged.
'This reflects extremely badly on the police.'
It comes as Vickrum Digwa's jail term is set to be reconsidered under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme, amid claims the case shows 'two-tier' justice.
An online petition is calling for Gurpreet to be reinvestigated.
Although never charged, he was at the centre of the case that saw his younger brother convicted of murder.
Gurpreet had called 999, falsely claiming Henry had racially abused him and his brother.
'We've just been attacked racially by some white person,' he said.
Gurpreet, himself, 'may just have been accepting that which [Digwa] told him', judge William Mousley KC later said, but he added that he was 'sure' Mr Nowak never said or did anything racist.
Gurpreet had also insisted to the 999 operator there were 'no weapons' involved - despite both brothers carrying Sikh ceremonial knives.
'I don't know what weapons they would be, he said.
He added: 'The guy has fallen over because he looks like he's drunk'.
After Henry died, both brothers were arrested.

"Good behavior" requires more than merely not breaking the law.

This will allow the Swedish government the power to revoke residence permits and deport legal immigrants without a specific criminal charge.
Now, grounds for deportation from Sweden may simply be based on the migrant's non-criminal misconduct, such as benefit fraud, links to extremist organizations, illegal work, unpaid debts, and tax evasion.
I mean, almost all of those are criminal behavior. Some might not be felony criminal behavior, and one -- "links to extremist organizations" -- isn't itself a criminal offense but it's a huge, huge flag suggesting very serious criminal offenses indeed.
Well, at least it's something.
Such cases will be evaluated by the Swedish Migration Agency.
This bill was pushed through by the Prime Minister's right-wing minority government, heavily supported by the nationalist Sweden Democrats party.
Propaganda organization Reuters needs you to know that "human rights organizations" object to this law and says it offends "equality under the law."
Sweden's parliament passed a law on Monday allowing authorities to revoke immigrants' residency permits based on bad behaviour, such as having unpaid debts, doing undeclared work or links to extremist organisations.The law, which covers pending permits but also retroactively already granted permits, is part of a wider tightening of immigration rules by the right-wing government and its support party, the nationalist Sweden Democrats, ahead of a parliamentary election in September.
The law has been criticised by the opposition and human rights advocacy groups as arbitrary because decisions would be taken on behaviour that has not been deemed criminal.
"The good behaviour law leaves people in uncertainty about what actions or expressions can be used against them," Stockholm-based group Civil Rights Defenders said in a statement.
"It undermines the rule of law and the principle of equality before the law."

The Department of Justice filed a superseding indictment against the SPLC accusing it of funneling donor cash to hate groups they were then telling donors they were fighting.
One figure, referred to as "Employee-2" in the indictment, is described as a "person who would become Director of the SPLC's Intelligence Project."
It also describes how "Employee-2" wrote an article based on material stolen from National Alliance headquarters in 2014 and then paid off an informant to take the blame for the robbery.
Based on the details in the June 2 superseding indictment, "Employee-2" is believed to be Heidi Beirich, a 58-year-old fascism expert who was the director of intelligence at the Alabama-based anti-extremism nonprofit between 2012 and 2019.
All unmarried leftwing white women -- every single one of them -- are "fascism experts" and "disinformation experts." They get assigned their credentials by their gynecologists.
The indictment alleges Beirich was very close to the informant known only as "F-9" who "infiltrated the neo-Nazi organization National Alliance.""[Beirich] was also in a romantic relationship with F-9. During this relationship, [Beirich] and F-9 shared a house and two bank accounts," the indictment alleges.
"Between 2015 and 2021, approximately $140,000 in donors' money flowed from the SPLC operating account ... and was ultimately deposited into the joint bank accounts held by F-9 and [Beirich].
"This amounted to approximately 66% of all money ever deposited into their joint bank accounts. [Beirich] then used donors' money to pay the couple's personal living expenses."
The indictment also claims that while getting paid by the SPLC, the unnamed informant was also raising money for the National Alliance and helping to "carry out its extremist activities."
...Beirich and SPLC did not respond to requests for comment from The Post.
"I knew it was that fat, ugly hog Heidi Beirich," National Alliance chairman William White Williams, 78, told The Post from his home in east Tennessee. He also confirmed the details of the indictment match what happened to the group.
"I think some of those cluckers wanted to get out of the movement and they went to the SPLC for help. But instead of helping them, [the SPLC] said, 'Why don't you stay in and get paid?'" he added of the informants.

Hatred of religion is a hallmark of the progressive mindset that has engulfed Major League Baseball. Well, not all religions...just the ones that Americans prefer. Islam is conspicuously absent from the mockery and marginalizing that MLB prefers as its corporate ethos. Remember the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence? Yeah...the vile drag group that revels in insulting Christianity, in part by dressing as outrageous nuns? No hint of them dressing as an imam, or Mohamed? I wonder why! But MLB loves them!
Maybe the marketing wonks in the front offices think that there is a vast untapped market for professional baseball among America's homosexuals. How else does one explain the fixation on all things gay? Or maybe there is an equally vast but closeted contingent of gay players who secretly demand recognition but are too enamored of their endorsements to come out of the closet?
Or maybe Occam's Razor applies here, and MLB and the teams are simply overwhelmingly leftist, and they just love sticking a thumb in the eye of traditional America, no matter that it is traditional America who buys their tickets and jerseys and bobble-heads.
Late last week, the San Francisco Giants hosted their "Pride Night," with the team wearing hats with a rainbow-colored Giants logo.Several Giants pitchers, in a statement of their faith, wrote Bible verse designations on their hats. One, starting pitcher Landen Roupp, addressed his reasoning after the game, saying that the verse is about representing "God's covenant."
Good for them. There was no criticism of the ridiculous "Pride Night" nonsense...they were merely expressing their faith, and for that they deserve respect.
Hilariously and predictably, MLB has lashed out! Never mind that a "Pride Night" is an overtly political statement, and making the players wear those horrid and insulting logos is imposing MLB's political and social stance on the players, making the league's warning explicitly hypocritical.
Per The Athletic, an MLB official has now "warned" those players against violating the rules and writing on their cap."The writing on the cap violates our rules, and consistent with normal practice, we have warned the players about future violations," said Pat Courtney, MLB's chief communications officer, in a statement.
That's a lie. Pat Courtney is a liar. "Normal Practice" allows writing on caps unless it seems to attack the sacred cow of MLB... homosexuality. Too bad MLB wasn't equally strict with the amazingly offensive demonstrations with respect to dead fentanyl addict George Floyd! Apparently political stances are perfectly okay if they are in line with the leftist principles embraced by MLB, but beyond the pale when they support Christianity
Baseball is busily taking a national sport that printed money and turning it into a regional sport with a fair number of struggling franchises. If they think that embracing progressive politics that are antithetical to traditional American culture will save baseball's fortunes...they are wrong.

president Joe Biden, targeted parents at school board meetings despite warnings from FBI officials and a sheriffs association.Just the News reports that the conservative nonprofit America First Legal (AFL) acquired the documents as part of its ongoing lawsuit related to an October 4, 2021 memorandum from former Attorney General Merrick Garland that targeted concerned parents at school board meetings.
The Garland memorandum was released despite “some concern” by FBI Deputy Assistant Director Jay Greenberg. Additionally, the National Sheriffs’ Association stated that their sheriffs had “not heard any concerns about threats to local school boards.”
These are parents that spoke up about transsexualism and the homosexual perversion as well as other anti-AMerican propaganda in the curriculum being forced on their children. Ironically, had it not been for the lockdown where parents could see in real-time how their kids were being brainwashed and abused, perhaps they might not have known what the hell was going on in the schools that their tax dollars fund. So for the crime against humanity of them raising their voices in protest, they were to be targeted for termination. I have reported in the very recent past about efforts in California for the state to forcibly remove children from their parents if the latter refuse to allow their children to have sex change mutilations.
Besides parents, the Biden/Obama Junta also targeted Christians for termination, specifically but not exclusively those who dared hold prayer vigils outside of abortion abattoirs along with those who defied the lockdowns by holding religious services seemingly away from prying eyes. And we all know the fate that befell those who dared showed up to the Capitol on January 6th 2021 to legally and peacefully protest the stolen national election. Hundreds were hounded, persecuted and even imprisoned while having their lives destroyed, and in the cases of Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland taken and martyred
At least that’s what the Department of Justice’s superseding indictment against the SPLC alleges. The organization secretly paid informants to engage in the active promotion and funding of racist groups while denouncing and “fighting” the very same groups in public. The SPLC purportedly created fictitious entities to hide funding from their donors.The SPLC, for instance, is accused of bankrolling the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally, paying a leader nearly $300,000 to post racist messages, organize and even transport people to the infamous Charlottesville protest, where one person was killed.
In another instance, a pair of white supremacists who approached the SPLC about leaving the Klan were encouraged to stay in the group and recruit new members. Given salaries, the two men were allegedly reimbursed for the costs of their activities, including those “incurred for cross-burning events, to include the wood and fuel used.”
In the end, I’m not sure what the legal jeopardy there is in engaging in this brand of duplicitous activity, but it is without a doubt corrupt, fraudulent, immoral and bad for the country.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, (R-SD,) said Monday that Senate Republicans are moving forward with plans to renew a key federal surveillance authority as a stand-alone measure, despite President Donald Trump’s insistence that it be tied to election legislation.Thune told reporters the Senate is working to revive Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which expired over the weekend after Congress failed to extend it before a deadline.
“We will try and move 702 as soon as we feel like we have the votes to do it,” Thune said.
The Senate majority leader said lawmakers are counting votes and intend to bring the measure to the floor once sufficient support exists.

It is immensely amusing to watch the angry, jealous, envious jabberers criticize Elon Musk for having the temerity to create a vibrant and successful space exploration company that he mostly funds with good old cash flow from another vibrant, successful business...StarLink! Who knew that there was a demand for fast and stable internet services in the ex-urbs and rural America? And it won't break the bank either!
Deep in their cold hearts and their tiny little brains they know that they could never have created something like SpaceX or StarlInk or Tesla, and instead of being impressed, they get angry and want to tear him down. His answer to them, as was his answer when they tried to blackmail him into changing Twitter/X is clear.
Another thing that is interesting is that even after the ridiculous EV subsidies have been canceled, his car company seems to be doing okay, unlike many of the others that are imploding. I am no fan of EVs for anything other than performance cars, but if he can make a go of it without sucking on the government teat, it has nothing to do with me. In fact: Good for him!

Lyukshin allegedly set up a fake far-right group called Direct Action which was completely fabricated.
The group sought to appear as an organic British creation. But we found that Direct Action was created online by Russian operatives to cause division among ordinary people in the UK.Messages sent in the group bore a Moscow timestamp, used Cyrillic letters, and placed pound signs at the end of numbers, rather than at the start - as in Russian...
But Lyukshin was plaing both sides. Before he invented Direct Action he also created an extremist Muslim group called Takbir Foundation.
The foundation sought to recruit Muslims to spray-paint "sacred graffiti" in the UK. But its real goal was obvious: to inflame the far right with this vandalism. Telegram accounts that pretended to be those of devout Muslims later switched seamlessly to an aggressive anti-Islam agenda with Direct Action.
So this is the same "election rigging" effort Russia deployed in America in 2016, spending a couple hundred thousand in ads to both inflame the right against the left and to inflame the left against the right, by spending money to stoke anti-white rage, for example.
The American media always, always forgets to mention that part when "reporting" on the Russian "interference" in the 2016 election.
Based on my belief that Ukranian models were targeting him based on something personal like an argument over payment or failure to comply with blackmail demands, I falsely concluded that Keir Starmer must have been a patron of rent-boys, and thus a homosexual.
I apologize for that false claim and withdraw it completely.
It was an absurd conclusion to come to and I'm ashamed to have made it.

Maine Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner appeared to cruelly mock a teen's suicide attempt in a newly resurfaced Reddit post.The May 2012 Reddit thread begins with a photo of a teenage girl hanging out of an upper-story window, with a young man gripping her arms in an apparent attempt to save her, screenshots of the post showed.
"A girl at my old highschool [sic] tried jumping from a window because her cousin died the day before," the post's caption read. These students saved her. I have hope."
An account belonging to the Nazi-tattoo sporting Maine Senate candidate wasn't sympathetic.
"Someone clearly isn't trying hard enough," a commenter using the name P-Hustle -- Platner's screen name on the platform -- wrote in response.
Some might say that this is just "edgy" Reddit "humor."
I'd respond that many of us have been harassed, censored, debanked, or even fired for similar edgy humor, so why does the National Socialist Shrimpdick get a pass?
In another newly-unearthed Reddit post, Platner -- who had an account on the messaging app Kik which featured a half-naked photo of himself -- joked about expressing his gratitude for porn stars in military fashion.
"Thank you for your cervix," he posted in 2021 in response to a user who said that adult entertainers should be thanked for their service like veterans.
Good Heavens, he really is made of Reddit "jokes" and sexual battery, isn't he?
Yeah I know the allegations so far are about non-sexual battery committed against women, but I imagine the sexual assault allegations are being held until (I think) July 13th, when it will no longer be legal to replace him in the race.

Mitch McConnell Hospitalized Again With "Undisclosed" Condition

Sen. Mitch McConnell was admitted to the hospital on Sunday, according to a spokesperson."Senator McConnell was admitted to the hospital this morning. He is receiving excellent care," the spokesperson said.
ABC News has inquired about McConnell's condition and diagnosis but his team has not yet provided more information.
This is the latest in a string of medical incidents that the 84-year-old senator has faced in recent years.
So this is a possible problem. As you probably know, the governor of Kentucky is a Democrat, and would be able to appoint a Democrat replacement for this guy who should have retired 12 years ago. The Republican legislature passed a law that says the governor can only pick a replacement from a list submitted by the party of the incapacitated senator, but the governor says that goes against the state's constitution and hints that he will ignore that and appoint a Democrat.
The Kentucky state Legislature passed legislation on Thursday that would change how vacancies in the U.S. Senate are filled, over the objections of Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear.The Republican-sponsored bill, which would require a special election to choose a senator in the case of an open seat in the unexpired term, passed with bipartisan support as the Legislature nears the end of its session. It passed both chambers with veto-proof majorities.
It's a significant change from how the process currently works. A majority of states -- including Kentucky -- pick successors in vacant Senate seats by gubernatorial appointment. But there are some notable restrictions in the commonwealth: The governor must choose a nominee from a list of three names the outgoing senator's party submits. Beshear would have to choose a Republican, should either Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell or Sen. Rand Paul's seats become vacant.
McConnell last month announced he will not run for another term as GOP conference leader later this year. But he has vowed to serve out the rest of his term, which runs through 2027. Last year, the 82-year-old faced questions about his future after bouts of freezing in public, although Kentucky Republicans who sponsored the bill have insisted that it was not prompted by McConnell's health.
But with the change, Kentucky Republicans now have a backup plan in case there is an opening for the longtime senator's seat before his term expires.
Beshear has not hidden his disdain for the current arrangement. When the appointment rule was passed in 2021, he said it "improperly and unconstitutionally restricts the governor's power." He has also not explicitly committed to following it; when asked over the summer whether he would abide by the law should there be a vacancy, he refused to "speculate about something that hasn't happened and isn't going to happen."
I'm not sure how to read the Kentucky Constitution on this point. I fear Bashear might in fact be right:

Vacancies in all offices for the State at large, or for districts larger than a county, shall be filled by appointment of the Governor; all other appointments shall be made as may be prescribed by law.
I think "offices for the State at large" would include Senators, who are of course elected by the state at large, and that would be an office filled by the governor, as opposed to other offices, which will be filled as "prescribed by law."
It's very basic law that a statute cannot modify a constitution, only a constituional amendment can. (Unless you're a Democrat pushing the constitution to the left/towards DEI, in which case practically anything can override the constitution.)
He may be right that the legislature has no power to overrule the constitution if the constitution does indeed give this power to the governor alone.

While the streets of Belfast were ablaze with anti-immigration protests last week, behind the scenes a group of spies, spinners and soldiers were deploying the 'dark arts' to try to defuse tensions.The name of the secretive Government propaganda unit trying to manipulate events makes it sound like an innocuous back-office operation -- the Research, Information and Communications Unit, or RICU.
But the dull moniker is part of the deliberate camouflage of an outfit which uses deception and skulduggery to try to manage the 'challenges' of multiculturalism.Its techniques range from planting stories in the media, using undercover operatives to lay flowers at the scene of terrorist attacks and even, in one case, sending a pop group to sing anti-extremist songs in Muslim schools.
But as the article states later, the RICU unit is very one-sided, focusing laser-like on the traditional elements of the British public for their "far-right" anger at murder and terrorism.
The 22-strong unit was established in 2007 by the late Charles Farr, a former MI6 officer, as part of the Prevent counter-terrorism strategy.Modelled on the Information Research Department (IRD), a propaganda unit established by the Attlee government in 1948 to blacken the names of communists and other political opponents, RICU operates out of the Home Office's Westminster headquarters.
While its original purpose was to monitor and challenge the spread of Al Qaeda propaganda and to vet the language used by public officials when describing terrorism, its tentacles now stretch far across Whitehall -- to the extent that critics say it risks strangling free speech.
When the mobs took to the streets of Northern Ireland last week following the stabbing of Stephen Ogilvie, allegedly by Hadi Alodid, a 30-year-old Sudanese asylum-seeker, RICU swung into action to advise the police in the province on how to 'control the narrative'.
A source said: 'They are working with the Police Service of Northern Ireland's C3 intelligence unit to identify those posting the online 'calls to protest' in Belfast and other areas, as well as giving strategic messages to the police to ensure that the protesters were portrayed as unsympathetic thugs, rather than activists, and effecting behavioural change.'
The source said that the unit had also been advising the police in Southampton following the horrific murder of Henry Nowak by Vickrum Digwa -- who falsely claimed he had been racially abused and had acted in self-defence -- saying: 'RICU made sure that the liaison team dealing with the family were well briefed.'
It has also been claimed that the unit intervenes to write statements by the families of victims of potentially racially linked incidents to stop them from inflaming tensions further with their remarks.
The source said: 'You can see their fingerprints all over the statements released by the families of victims in these volatile situations -- they usually have a similar tone.'
However, RICU is regarded by many Whitehall insiders to be 'out of control', after last year putting its name to a Home Office recommendation that the police should record more 'non-crime hate incidents' -- the controversial, sub-criminal measures used to inhibit people from making reference to matters of race, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
Ministers finally bowed to pressure by scrapping the measures, telling the police to stop recording everyday rows and online spats.
The unit also claimed that the prevalence of sexual grooming gangs in Pakistani communities was being exploited by the far-Right to stir up hatred against Muslim communities.
It has a long history of 'covertly engineering', in the words of one expert, 'the thoughts of people' at times of crisis, being quick to spring into action after terrorist incidents such as the London Bridge attacks in 2017. Eight people died when a van was driven into pedestrians on London Bridge and the three occupants ran to a nearby market and began stabbing people.
In the immediate aftermath of the atrocity, RICU's undercover operatives handed out flowers in the area, with the aim of perpetuating an atmosphere of 'grief' rather than anti-Muslim 'anger'.

RICU frequently uses social media in this way to infiltrate online conversations in 'target communities'.
However, according to Sir William Shawcross, who published a review of Prevent in 2023, the unit seems more keen to target the far-Right than extreme Islamists.
Sir William wrote: 'The bar for what RICU includes on Islamism looks to be relatively high, whereas the bar for what is included on the extreme Right-wing is comparably low.'
By way of illustrating his point, in 2023 the unit identified viewing habits which it believed indicate that someone could be susceptible to far-Right views. These included Michael Portillo's Great British Railway Journeys, The Thick Of It and Yes Minister, all on the BBC. Works by Shakespeare, Chaucer and Milton were described as 'key texts' of interest to 'white nationalists/supremacists'.

Security expert Professor Anthony Glees responded: 'The unit that produced this report is called RICU.
'It's based in the Home Office but it's in that kind of shadowy area between what the Home Office does and what the security service MI5 ought to be doing. Or what the special branch used to do before it was turned into the counter-terrorist police force.'
Obviously the US has something like this too, or at least did. I think -- I can't recall the name so I can't search for it-- the DOJ had some kind of "anti-bias unit" that rushed in to tell families of victims of terrorist or racial violence that they must call for peace and that the death must not be used to inflame passions.
That sounds fine except this group obviously stands down and permits black radicals to inflame passions about alleged "racist" cop-killings and "nooses hanging from garage doors." We never see these radicals reciting government agitprop to "turn down the heat" and "remain calm."
In fact, it's obvious that when a Muslim or black radical group wants to inflame passions against the majority, the entire media and government apparatus turns into a machine to inflame passions further and encourage and justify rioting and arson.
I can't help but notice that the US form of this "Don't be angry, just accept it" Regime propaganda operation chooses to inflame passions when those passions might -- beyond the direct provocation of riots and arson -- help galavanize minority voters to vote Democratic. The Regime ops only seek to "turn down the temperature" when passions threaten to cause voters to turn against the Democrat/Socialist Regime.
Also obviously: This unit is working hand-in-glove with UK censors working to censor Americans, and that's all made possible by US CIA operatives working with those foreign censors to do what they themselves are forbidden by law to do, which is to censor the American public themselves.

THE MORNING RANT: Hampton Prescott Returns to Discuss the Importance of Architecture for Urban Renewal

In a post a couple of months ago I invited Hampton Prescott to contribute his thoughts about a subject that is important to me – “municipal conservatism.” Like me, Mr. Prescott understands the importance of conservatives working to not only gather votes in urban areas, but also working to make urban areas inhabitable again. Rudy Giuliani proved it can be done. Doing so will also have spillover benefits, including the construction of more housing, thus reducing overall housing costs by increasing supply.
As frustrating as the decline of urban areas is, we cannot simply wish their problems away, or completely walk away from them. They exist, even in red states. I appreciate conservatives who want to address the problem.
I am traveling right now, so I invited Mr. Prescott to provide a follow-up piece, this time focusing on the importance of architecture in the livability of cities. He kindly obliged.
